Each capsule contains DHA-rich schizochytrium algal oil 525mg equivalent to docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 52.5mg, Citric Acid, Lecithan, Sodium Ascorbate, Ascorbyl Palmitate, DI-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, Calcium Phosphate, Glyceryl Monostearate, Maltodextrin, Sucrose.

Directions: 
For General Health & Wellbeing
Adults: Take 2 hard capsules daily with food.
For Brain & Eye Health
Adults: Take 4 hard capsules daily with food
