OUR REFUNDS POLICY

Our policy relating to any refund or exchange of damaged product or when a wrong product has been delivered to you is for a period of five (5) business days from the delivery date. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange following the expiration of the five (5) business day period.

Australia Health Warehouse will cover the cost of freight of any returned item where:

(a) such product was purchased and remain located in Singapore; and
(b) the mistake has been ours.

Please note that in all cases the returned product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

In addition:

to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase; and
please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer

REFUNDS

Once your returned product is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund application is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit amounting to the purchase price of such returned product at the time of your purchase will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

If you have not received your refund in a timely manner (please allow up to thirty (30) business days for the refund to be received) please contact us at info@aushealthwarehouse.com.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced products may be refunded. Unfortunately, any product that is on sale cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We will only exchange a product if the product is found to be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us at info@aushealthwarehouse.com. We will be more than happy to assist. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

SHIPPING

Please contact us at info@aushealthwarehouse.com prior to sending any returned product to us. Following discussion with us, we will provide a return address should you require to mail your returned product (if applicable).
