Ben's Original Tomato & Italian Herb Risotto is made with carefully selected Tomatoes and Utalian Herbs featuring authentic Arborio Risotto Rice. Prep and clean-up are breeze with this microwaveable pouch, simply add water or milk, heat in the microwave for 2 minutes and serve. A tasty, complete meal for one in no time! Ingredients:
Steamed Risotto Rice 71%, Tomatoes (from Paste and Crushed (Food Acid (Citric), Firming Agent (Calcium Chloride))) 21%, Vegetable Oil, Parmesan Cheese (Milk), Sun-Dried Tomatoes (Sulphites), Garlic, Onion, Flavour, Italian Herbs (Basil, Oregano, Rosemary) 0.5%, Salt, Yeast Extract, Colour (Paprika Oleoresin), Pepper, Processing Aid (contains Soy).

Contains: Milk, Sulphites and Soy.

Directions:
Microwave: 

1. Squeeze pouch to separate the rice. 
2. Tear open the pouch and add either: 100mL of water for a lighter taste or 100mL of milk for a creamier option. 
3. Heat for 2 minutes at 1000W*.
4. Pour into a bowl and gently stir for a minute or until thick and creamy. 

Pan: 

1. Squeeze pouch to separate the rice. 
2. Bring 150mL of water or milk to boil in the pan.
3. Add contents of the pouch to the pan and gently stir for about 2 minutes or until thick and creamy.

*For different powered microwaves, adjust heating time to manufacturer’s instructions.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Do not use if pack is damaged.
• After opening, refrigerate unused portion in a container, and use within 2 days.
