Directions:  
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food or as advised by your health professional. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns. Swallow with a glass of water.

Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 40 mg,

Calcium pantothenate 54.35 mg equivalent to Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) 50 mg,
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 60.78 mg equivalent to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 50 mg,
Folic Acid (Vitamin B9) 400 micrograms,
Biotin (Vitamin H) 50 micrograms,
Mecobalamin (Vitamin B12) 150 micrograms,
Choline (as Choline Bitartrate 335.49mg) 138 mg,
Inositol 60 micrograms.

Contains: Sulfites and soya bean products.
