Blackmores Beauty Sleep is specially formulated to support sleep and improve skin and hair health. This unique formulation contains hops traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support healthy sleeping patterns plus retinol, hyaluronic acid, collagen and vitamin C, E and biotin to nourish skin overnight.

Active ingredients:
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 20 mg, d-alpha-tocopherol (Vitamin E) 3.33 mg, Retinol palmitate (Vitamin A) 241 micrograms (as retinol equivalents 131.7 micrograms), Biotin 10 micrograms, Hydrolysed collagen 333.3 mg, Sodium hyaluronate (Hyaluronic acid) 66.7mg, Humulus lupulus (Hops) extract dry conc. 66.7 mg equivalent dry fruit 334 mg.
No added milk products. No added artificial sweeteners.
Directions:
Adults - Take 2 capsules once a day, 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime. Short term use for a maximum of 3 months.
Children under 18 years – Only as professionally prescribed.
Contraindications and cautions:
- Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Contains fish products, soya bean products and sulfites.
- Vitamin A can cause birth defects.
- The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
- Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Oblong, brown soft capsule.
