Caltrate Vitamin D helps to optimise calcium absorption, improving bone density and strength in those with low vitamin D levels. Vitamin D has also been shown to help improve muscle strength and balance, therefore reducing the risk of falls and subsequent fractures.

Active Ingredients:
Each liquid capsule contains:
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 25 micrograms (1,000iu)

Contains Soya Bean products and Sulfites.
No added Artificial Flavours, Lactose, Sugar, Yeast, Preservatives, Gluten.
Suitable for Halal diets.

Directions:
Adults take one liquid capsule daily with liquid after a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
