Nature’s Own Chromium Picolinate 400mcg helps to metabolise carbohydrates, fats and proteins in the body. Chromium is an essential trace mineral which is found only in small quantities in the body. It supports the movement of glucose into cells and assists in the production of cellular energy.

Nature's Own Chromium Picolinate is a chelated form of Chromium. Picolinic Acid, to which the Chromium is bound, has been found to be an effective mineral carrier, allowing the Chromium to be utilised more efficiently by the body. Certain stages of life such as elderly and those who exercise strenuously have been found to have low levels of chromium.

Active ingredients:
Chromium picolinate 400mcg equivalent to elemental chromium 49.6mcg

No added gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, dairy products or animal-derived products.

Directions:
Adults – Take 1 tablet daily with food.
