Directions:
Adults only: 1 tablet daily with food or as advised by your healthcare professional.

Contraindications and cautions: 

• Store under 25 °C.
• Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or damaged.
• Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts for long periods.
• Contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from supplements should not be exceeded.
• Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
• Contains soya bean products.
